I have lived at Hawthorn going on two years now, and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, and any issues are dealt with speedily. The clubhouse and common areas are a great way to have some fun and socialize with the residents. I will continue to live here at Hawthorn Apartments.

We are loving it here at Hawthorn. The amenities are spectacular and the staff is too! We are absolutely content with our new apartment home and the easy access to gym, clubhouse, pool, etc, etc. We have met the nicest folk here and expect to make more friends as we spread out into the community. If you're thinking about apartment life in Kenosha, THIS IS YOUR CHANCE!

We highly recommend Hawthorne Apartments. We got our apartment in June and have been able to utilize the wonderful amenities, especially the great pool. The apartment is so new and modern with large bathrooms & closets. The garage is extremely large allowing for extra storage. The high ceilings even on the first floor make all rooms feel large. The management has been so professional, friendly and responsive. You will not be sorry if you select Hawthorn Apartments for you housing needs.

Jannette is very friendly and accommodating with your needs. She is always willing to go the extra mile and make sure you are satisfied!

When my wife and I sold our house of 27 yrs recently I was wholly against apartment living. I'm still in shock at how pleased I am to be here at the Hawthorn Apts. I can honestly say there is nothing I miss and we lived in a desirable area in Carol Beach walking distance to Lake Michigan. Highlights of what I don't miss: Yard maintenance, home maintenance, related equipment maintenance and storage. My neighbors all having their own home improvement times meaning there was always a mower or power tool running in the neighborhood. Loud parties and thumping from speakers of passers by. Zero here. The Club House amenities are resort quality, just a smaller scale. The staff here are fantastic and maintenance responded to quickly and done well and at the time of this writing its one guy - Chuck who is great guy. I don't write reviews and I don't gush but so far, everything has exceeded expectations. What sold me in the end was how impressed I was with the community they're trying to build here and how well laid out the apartment was. It's truly engineered by people thinking about what they would want in a place they would live in. Truly impressed and love living here. Hope this helps somebody in their decision.,

The staff at Hawthorn is awesome. They are polite and responsive. The location is perfect. Highlights...each unit is a corner unit which allows for ample daylight. The buildings are nicely spaced on the property, so it's not patio on top of patio. The clubhouse is spectacular which includes an Amazon hub!!! This place has thought of everything!!!

This is seriously the friendliest place I have ever lived. Everyone is so nice! People wave when you're walking around and everyone just starts talking to each other in the clubhouse The gym is awesome! And the clubhouse is amazing Highly recommend for a fun place to live

We love the community here. The staff is so welcoming from the beginning and very helpful whenever we have questions or concerns. Maintenance is taken care of right away and quickly. The amenities are SO worth it. Our neighbors are friendly and we love it around here for our little guy!

As soon as I walked in I knew this was the place. Jeanette’s attention to details and professionalism is second to none. The amenities here are great, our neighborhood is so welcoming. My family is very happy with everything that this place has to offer. Don’t make the same mistake I made, I did not sign up for an extended contract. Having lived here for the last five months I can tell you that if I had the chance I would have signed the longest term available. Thank you Jeanette, for making me feel at home!

The complex is clean and very quiet. Many nice and friendly people and the apartments are beautiful. Having a dog park in the complex has been great. good centralized location is close to anything you may need in kenosha or Racine. Will definitely recommend to others looking for a place to live.

Overall my fiancé and I are very happy with Hawthorn. We moved at the end of July and since then there has been a complete staff change since. We love the clubhouse and all the amenities! Our neighbors are great and are some of our good friends. It's also very kid friendly as we see some of our neighbors' kids all playing with each other. One small con that we have noticed is that at night, our rooms are very bright due to all the lighting outside. We had to get blackout curtains, but it's also a good thing as more lighting means more security in a sense. We've had a couple of issues with our apartment like water leaking in the front door when it rains, and our blinds falling down, but the maintenance staff is good about getting back to us and communicating how they fix it in a timely manner. Compared to a lot of apartment complexes around it is a little pricy, but worth it due to the newness of the complex and the wonderful amenities! We would definitely recommend!

We love living here! The staff is A+. Jeanette and Samantha treat you like family. Amenities are the best you will find anywhere. Highly recommend Hawthorn Apartments. Just not ours... we are staying for a long while.

I absolutely love this place , the staff and neighbors are amazing! Both the apartment and clubhouse are perfect for me and my daughter!!
