|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — My boyfriend and I have loved living at Hawthorn. Overall, it's been a very safe, clean, well-maintained place to live. There's a sense of community when walking the dog around the apartments and being able to say hi to other residents when we walk past. Excited to be staying here for at least another year.

I had found what I was looking for after all. The team walked me around the grounds, gave me time to consider my options, and answered all of my questions. They are the best, and I am happy I live here.

|Recommended: YesLease Renewal — The amount of the rent is to expensive, the quality of the building could be better for what we pay. The gym is a nice feature but you can tell that maintenance has not been done in a while on the equipment. The office staff is always helpful and friendly.
|Recommended: YesFantastic Community — Hawthorne is truly a remarkable place to live with all of its friendly neighbors, amenities and their fantastic maintenance crew and property staff Only complaint is the lack of electric charging locations with many residents having electric cars and those two spots sometimes being taken by those who don’t have electric vehicles. All in all, for the price you’re paying you are getting plenty
